Community Guidelines

Scope

These guidelines apply to the public spaces Your Host provides (forums, comments on the website, community channels). They do not apply to content each client publishes on their own site, which is governed by the terms.

Expected conduct

• Treat others with respect and without harassment, threats, or discrimination;
• Post truthful information and do not impersonate another person or organization;
• Do not make unsolicited advertising or deceptive promotions;
• Do not share third-party personal data without consent.

Moderation

We may edit or remove messages and suspend participation when these guidelines or the law are violated. We will notify where reasonably possible.

Reporting

If you observe a violation, write to info@yourhost.us indicating the message and the reason. Do not share confidential information publicly when reporting.

Consequences

Serious or repeated violations may lead to suspension of community accounts and, when they affect the hosting service, to application of the terms and the prohibited-uses policy.
