CLOUDPAGE LLC, Coral Gables, FL, USA, operates Your Host (yourhost.us). Privacy contact: info@yourhost.us.

Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, encrypted password, and language.
  • Service data: sites you register, files you upload, and related metadata.
  • Technical data: IP address, user agent, and access logs, used for security and diagnostics.
  • Billing data: handled directly by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

Purposes and legal basis

We process data to provide the service (performance of the contract), for security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest), and to comply with legal obligations. Transactional email (account confirmation, notices) is sent through an external SMTP relay.

Third parties

  • Stripe: payments and billing.
  • External SMTP relay: transactional email delivery.
  • Cloudflare: form protection (Turnstile) and content delivery.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. On non-payment suspension, a minimum grace period of 15 days is respected before data is deleted.

Your rights

Exercise your rights by writing to info@yourhost.us. We will respond within a reasonable period.

  • Access, correct, or delete your data;
  • Request a copy or portability where applicable;
  • File a complaint with an authority (in the USA you may contact the FTC; in California, the CCPA/CPRA).

Minors

The service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data of children under 13 without parental consent.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit, restricted access, and per-client isolated environments. No system is infallible.

We publish changes on this page with their date. If material, we will notify you by email.
