Prohibited Uses

Illegal content

You may not host or distribute content that violates the law, including copyrighted works without authorization, defamatory material, or threatening content.

Child safety

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material or any content sexualizing minors. We will report to the competent authorities and fully cooperate.

Attacks and malware

• Distribution of malware, ransomware, or exploits;
• Denial-of-service attacks, intrusive scanning, or using the service to attack third parties;
• Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining on our infrastructure;
• Using the service as an unauthorized relay or anonymous proxy to evade the law.

Spam and impersonation

Spam, phishing, identity impersonation, and deceptive email sending from the service are prohibited. Remember that Your Host does not offer email mailboxes.

Resource abuse

Sites must respect the limits of their plan: bandwidth, storage, CPU, and memory. Consumption that degrades the platform for other clients may be suspended.

Misuse of AI

You may not publish AI-generated content intended for fraud, automated defamation, harmful disinformation, weapons, or other uses seriously contrary to law or third-party rights.

Consequences

We may suspend or remove content and accounts, with or without notice, where there is legal risk, operational risk, or a violation of this policy. We will cooperate with authorities where required by law.
