Framework

Your Host complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) of the USA. Valid notifications allow us to act on alleged infringement hosted on sites we serve.

What your notice must include

  • Identification of the claimed copyrighted work, or a representative list if several;
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location within our service (URL);
  • Your contact information (name, email, address);
  • A good-faith statement that the reported use is not authorized;
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act;
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Designated agent

Send notifications to CLOUDPAGE LLC, Coral Gables, FL, USA, attention DMCA agent, email: info@yourhost.us with subject “DMCA Notice”.

Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification with: identification of the removed material and its location, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of your place of residence.

Repeat infringers

We apply a repeat-infringer policy: accounts with repeated valid notices may be suspended or terminated.

False notice

Knowingly submitting a false notice may create liability. We recommend consulting an attorney before sending one.
